Mulgao, August 26, 2023 – Vedanta Sesa Goa, in its unwavering commitment to youth development and sports promotion, held its fourth Football Pop Up Camp at Government High School, Mulgao, Goa. The event, which took place on August 26, 2023, garnered enthusiastic participation from around 60 students.

August 25, 2023 – Sesa Football Academy (SFA) is all set to embark on an exciting journey as they gear up to kick off their Goa Pro League campaign on August 28, 2023 against Young Boys of Tonca. With a steadfast commitment to holistic player development, the academy has gone beyond to ensure that their team is prepared both on and off the field.

Goa, August 6, 2023: After an exhilarating display of talent and sportsmanship, the 7-a-side ‘Vedanta Football Championship 2023,’ organized by Sesa Goa’s flagship CSR initiative, Sesa Football Academy (SFA) concluded in a scintillating finish at Bicholim with Amravati SC Amona being crowned Champions and Kelambika FC Mayem as Runners-up among 28 evenly matched teams

Amona, Goa : Vedanta Sesa Goa in line with its commitment towards women’s empowerment and nurturing youth through sports inaugurated its first Girls Football Centre in Amona. The initiative is aimed to provide the young girls a platform to hone their skills through specialized training programs and to empower them in a manner that they can leverage the acquired skills to improve their prospects in life.

Sirsaim, 17th November: Vedanta’s Sesa Football Academy (SFA) organised ‘Football for Fun’ event at their Sirsaim academy campus for the kids and their parents. Over 40 kids in the age group of 3-14 years participated in the event along with their parents for fun-filled and highly engaging session at SFA including various activities such as ice breaker games, warm up sessions, matches for kids & parents etc.
